Table d'hôtes of the Millox Domain
For her "table d'hôtes" dinners, Véronique prepares a pretty table for you with very colourful tablecloths, often made of African fabrics, ethnic accessories: knife holders, shells...... or more classic with pretty Basque linen, with sparkling stripes. The garden furniture on the terrace, under the old maple tree, is the ideal place to start the evening with a gourmet aperitif that will allow us to get to know each other better.Depending on the mood of the day, you will be offered a homemade Ti punch, a "la vie en rose" cocktail or a "more classic" drink of your choice. As an accompaniment, a few small "tapas" put in the mouth imagined by the mistress of the house. All meals are made from regional products, vegetables and fruits from the garden (vegetable garden and orchard) with of course, always a touch of exoticism, a souvenir of our various stays "overseas"
The "homemade" pastries are prepared with extra fresh eggs from the estate's henhouse. Our chickens live happily, in semi-liberty and are grateful to us. Michel, the host, will serve you a wine from his cellar, which will best match the daily menu. Ofcourse, drink in moderation!
